Re: Big Event 2013
Yea the 14" is too much. I think I'm going to at least cut and lower the brackets on the front axle (about 3-4" off) and take off the blocks in the back (~2"). Very nice, I agree lower it about 8 inches and it will be much more capable I think ...so you have about a 6" lift on yo...

Re: Good auto shops around Blacksburg?
Do you have any sort of check engine light? I've had a similar issue where mine feels like it drops a cylinder or two under load (climbing up hill at speed...). Ended up being the TPS (throttle position sensor) and some muddy ground connections. If the TPS goes bad the computer should default to a g...

Re: Oh hey there
I don't know if any of this will help, but I saw it around 1pm yesterday and this is what it looked like when I passed. One wheel and tire was left behind so maybe someone saw and scared them off?? Wish you the best of luck Will. http://i1288.photobucket.com/albums/b495/msreiden/IMG_31691_zpsb25ab98...

Will I saw your prerunner stranded out on mtn lake earlier today. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it looks like someone stole your wheels and tires.

Re: IMPORTANT: OUR LOCAL FOREST SERVICE ROADS
Thanks to everyone who came out tonight! There was a pretty good turn out. The USFS seemed more than willing to work with us on maintaining the trails. One of the key things I thought they said was that volunteering was worth more most of the time than giving money in the eyes of getting state grant...

Re: IMPORTANT: OUR LOCAL FOREST SERVICE ROADS
Attendance List: 1. Alec 2. Jake 3. Mike I agree I think we need to see what we can do to work with the Forest Service in keeping more trails open. Once we can understand the issues behind maintaining these trails we can come up with a better solution. Is the problem that people are going places the...

Re: Good auto shops around Blacksburg?
Mine has been giving me a similar issue...seems like a cylinder or two are dropping out under load. Changed most of the spark stuff out and started digging into the fuel side yesterday. I had used some fuel cleaner treatment and that cleared it up until I went mudding last weekend. Wouldn't start at...
