97 xj need a new home

I got a friend that is trying to sell his red 97 xj that has a 3" lift and 31's. From what little I have seen of it it is in good shape. I don't know how many miles it has on it and I don't have any pics of it yet but I should have them soon. Also I don't know how much he wants for it either. This jeep is a road queen and the closest thing it has seen to off roading is a back country gravel road.

Ok he wants $5500 for it and it has 178k on it. 2 years ago he replaced the engine with one that had 12k on it and replaced the transmission that same year. Here are some pics:
