Twin stick trouble

My twin sticks on my NP205 is giving me trouble...I did some modifying to it so I can run rear or front tires seperate which works great but I can get Hi range with my front tires it not even engaging...Any ideas???

are the shafts bent at all?

I don't think its supposed to be able to do front high from neutral. My twinsticked 205 won't let me either. The only way to get front high is to trick it by having it in 4-hi, then throw the rear drive into neutral.

Well I cant even get 4 Hi out of it!!Have u modified anything in ur case?Off road designs sent me the wrong bracket that goes on the same stick with the trouble so it might be the problem!!

I had to pull the shift rail out and grind to ceartain specs, same protocol for any 205 twinstick. If you don't grind the shift rail it basically won't work. I made the linkage myself out of a stock unit. In my buildup thread on here there are some details about the twinstick conversion:
