Anyone have experience with fiberglass? Particularly mold making?

I've had enough experience to know I don't like messing with it.

Fiberglass is the one downfall to two of my most favorite things.

Corvette's and Harley's

I am building a couple of Lotus 7s. I have fenders and a nose that I have to make a mold off then make another set of each. Never woked Fglass and it would be nice to have soneone who has made molds before around. I know well about the dust.
