Anyone need some 8 lug, 2" wheel spacers or hummer whee

Post by tsmall07 »

I'm getting 2 sets (4 total) of these so I can run the hummer wheels that I have. The guy says that he'll give a discount for more than 4 sets. If any of you guys are interested. The bolt pattern will fit and Ford (pre '00, I think) and any Chevy 8 lug. I think it will also fit the Dodges. These will be a lot cheaper than having the wheels recentered. No, I'm not going to be doing any hard core wheeling with the truck so don't lecture me on how they're not safe.

Also, I have 4 8 bolt hummer wheels for sale with magnesium runflats (make it a double bead lock) if anyone is interested. I'm selling for $175 without tires and $375ish with tires, depending on the shape of the tires you want.

Shoot me a PM if you're interested.

lemme know what kind of discount hell give, personally id prefer a set of 1.5" ones, but 2" will work.

The discount depends on how many sets we can get. I'm going to post this on SteelSoldiers.com so the other CUCV guys can get in on it.

or ... instead of paying out the ass for hummer tires and wheels ... you can PM me and ill send you contact info of a guy that sells them, all day every day, in the 37" flavor, for $95 each (thats 12 bolt rims, with the runflat)... plus freight, of course. i got quoted slightly over $550 for a set of 4 shipped to me.

$375 for a hummer tire and wheel, is ridiculous ... feel free to rip off other people, but dont rip off our club members.

I hope he was saying 375ish for the set of 4. Down in Fayettville the tires go from $35- $40 a piece, same at Camp Lejeune.

Of course it was for 4. I figured that went without saying....

I am making a little bit of money at that price, but it was a huge pain in the butt and took nearly a year to get these off the base. If you want to go through www.governmentliquidation.com to get your set (they sell 12 tires/wheels in a lot) for cheaper then be my guest. It'll take you at least 5 or 6 months for your EUC to go through the first time and I don't think there are any available right now anyway. I got these from Texas becuse I had a friend coming back from there with an empty trailer and there weren't any selling closer when I got them.
