Shop space in Cburg

Just seeing if anybody would be interested in splitting my shop with me after Cody moves out on Sunday. Located in Christiansburg next to Precision Glass, where Leach, James, and McNinney have theirs. I believe its a 25'x35' with a loft along the back wall. Rent is $167.50 plus half the electric bill thats rarely more than 20 bucks. Currently 1 220v outlet for welders, or whatever else. Just for clarification, the spaces are about 25'x35', but are actually a little smaller then that (by about a foot in each direction).

167.50 per person. 335 total/month
