Good alignment shop

Post by Ctrow »

Anyone know of a shop around here that will know what they're looking at if I bring them my jeep? I have adjustable uppers, lowers, trac-bar, johnny joints (i've had guys at shops tell me my bushings were worn out :goofy: , ect. If i'm going to put my tape measure away, I'd like to have it done right. Let me know what yall think

I've had shops screw up standard alignments a few times now. I've taken Clifford to South Main Auto for a laser alignment a few times now (with the 44 as well) and Ive been happy. Just write them a note on what all is under there.

Pride and Joy does alignments, I haven't used them for one but they are awesome for everything else I have had done there.

Have had good results with South Main as well. I'm taking my truck to get alignment at M&M this afternoon. I'll let ya know how it goes.

I've had the Firestone dealer in C'burg align my '79 before and had good luck. I bought my TSLs from them back when they were in B'burg so I figured they could do it. Mine was pretty simple though, just a toe-in adjustment.

Edit: South Main fucked up my alignment and cost me two days of trying to figure out why my truck pulls right.

66 dollars + M&M = i can now drive with my knees or if i need my knees for something else i can drive with no hands :thumby:

M&M did a good job aligning my jeep. Only thing I wasn't happy about was that they didn't really center my steering wheel, so I either need to tweak the tierod or my trackbar a little.
