Are you going to run a high steer arm on the passenger side? i think you are going to run into clearance issues if you try to run your drag link straight to the knuckle.

everything else i still need to do...

longer brake lines
regear front axle to 4.10
lengthen/make front drive shaft
replace spring bushings with poly ones
shocks all around
swap in rear axle
fix a couple broken body mount bolts
steering
some kind of skid plate

and alot of final welding and painting stuff.

Shackles is at like 40 degrees so I'm gonna try my furthest back hole and go from there.

Nice, That alot of room.

I guess it looks big with no tires but are you planning to trim any sheet metal?

It looks as though you will be pretty tall. Any idea on a ride height yet?

What angle are you shooting for? That looks about right to me, should ride nicely.

Sorry for the lack of up dates but my grandfather passed away over break and I have had no time to work on anything. Besides i'm still waiting on my Ruffstuff order and I'm back at school now.

I drove it out of my garage though.

Im just sorta winging it on ride height and it is kinda tall but it has the overload still in the front since i bought centering pins that didnt have enough thread but that will lower it around an inch. And my shackles are five inches eye to eye so I can shorten those and loose another 1/2-1 inch there.

I plan to trim the front of my fenders since my axle is pushed forward so that I would not need to trim the firewall any. And the 33's rub when the suspension cycles and I have the wheel turned.

I was thinking that it needed to be more like 30 degrees. But if 40 is better when mounted up front then Ill shoot for that. I have to cut an turn my hangers anyways cause I didn't check them in one direction when I was welding and they are not very straight. I guess I was in a hurry while working on it.[/quote]

That will work, but you have to take note of the spacers under the heims on the knuckles. They are what is keeping that tie-rod from flopping back and forth. You will also want to tack your jam nuts to the tie-rod once you get it dialed or you will be constantly fighting to keep them tight.

Is your stock steering box not going to work at all? If you don't have to run an astro box then don't do it. I stretched my jeep about 7 inches total up front and the pitman arm still sticks way out and is the first thing you will often hit on rocks.
