The application process is a total mother fucker. It takes forever. In terms of which one you work at, its kinda a crapshoot. Pay is the same, and bburg is closer, cburg is just a cooler store.

Do the stupid application then go into the store when Will is working and have him introduce you to Richard and whoever the manager may be now. As long as Will talks you up, it should help. Of course, this is all assuming that Will is a good employee. If not, avoid him and go straight to Richard lol
