Scales?

Post by MtnManMatt »

Anybody know where some pretty accurate vehicle scales are I could use for free or cheap?

Stables said there's one at the power plant that's outside the gates, but I haven't checked it out yet and would like to also do a CG measurement which involves lifting my front end at least 20 inches and could be a little sketchy if I'm using scales I'm not supposed to be using...

Use line through top of the bell housing for you COG.

Use the powerplant scales for whatever else you want.

Afterhours when the gate is closed it is possible to pull up on them and glance at the readout in the gatehouse. If you chose to do so, don't block traffic and be prepared to explain exactly what you are doing and why.
