88 F250 work truck

I am posting this to help out a friend so dont be upset if everything I say is not 100% correct.

What I know to the best of my knowledge.
88 F250 XLT extended cab
460 with manual trans
under 90K original miles
has cruise and ac not sure if either works
tires flat
brakes need work
some rust below door and on one bedside
Price is up in the air but I do not think they will take a lowball offer.

The truck was a farm truck so the truck never really saw the highway just lots of trips around town and to the farm. Sounds like it could make a decent work truck or tow rig. I have never seen the truck so I cant comment on the condition. It has been sitting for a few months but ran when parked. It is located in Cburg and I can get pics if you are interested.
