Hello

Post by Jwlman »

Hey, just found this club. I am from annapolis Md and am a freshman at tech. It would be great to go on some trail rides with you guys as soon as I get my jeep working. I've got an 88 wrangler. No lift yet. I need to put a new rear axle in and a new tranmission in it. Hopefully I will have it down here next semester.

Here it is:

Yea its dictum ridge, we just didn't want to have to drive all the way back up the trial so decide to try it. I only rubbed my skid plate on one rock.

was that recently? 'cause we came up to it and the first part of the ledge was prolly about 2-3 feet high. None of us tried it cause no one had sliders.

it was about 3 months ago. I denfentally would not have been able to drove up it, but if you go off to the side only one side of the jeep nees to go off the big drop and the rest goes off some smaller drops. You gotta be careful though because I was leaning against that tree to the right for a little bit and when trying to turn back on the trail I was just sliding towards the drop off the side of the trail.

Wow, I remember Dictum's Ridge. That was forever ago for me, but I watched a buncha yota's fall apart that day. Didn't look too terribly hard but all the trucks that tried it weren't built exactly right. I think I was up there Fall of '01. When the new toy's done this winter I'd like to take it right up there on a weekend and walk that johnson. :flipoff2: Adam, Jared, Clay, Kries, and everyone else should all be game. It's a little outside Harrisonburg, right?
