Nah Ill just have to do what gus does in his bronco run 93 octane and then dump a bottle of octane booster in....

And its a good thing I am coming down this weekend cause my dumb ass had parts shipped to the house down there on accident.... once I get everything in hopefully ill be able to burn right through all this and get wheeling

Got a motor back in the jeep last night and bolted the aw4 up to it the clocking ring to attach the 300 to the aw4 is gonna show up today then ill smack that up there and see how much of my floor im gonna have to cut out to get this thing to fit.... but the aw4 fits pretty nicely and most of the stock connectors will work on it from the 32rh cause tjs and xjs apparently use all the same exact hookups for the drivetrain. ill post pictures tonight once the dana 300 is up.

So the current plan, get new trans and transfer case in the jeep and just build a Frankenstein motor out of assorted parts from the house for now then this winter build a motor to swap in next fall this way im only fighting the codes of one new system not two.. also should doing it this way should let me get some wheeling in this fall instead of having a broken rig sitting around.

Managed to get a pretty decent deal on some sweet AL beadlocks today not gonna use them for a while till i can buy new tire but didnt wanna miss out. Got 4 ATX Chamber pro I, older forged beadlocks, and 2 walker evens not sure much about there. 2 of the ATX's are bent one is cracked but most likely repairable with a BFH and some welding.... ill post more pictures later here is the only one i got today.

Progress has been slow but finally got the motor, trans and tcase all in the final spot now just gotta make some form of skid plate and trans mount.

Ran into some issues with the clocking ring due to the factor that i ordered a clocking ring not a flipping clocking ring but once i got that resolved things have been smooth.

Neat little trick to figure out driveshaft clearance i figured saw earlier on pirate, just tie strings to the yokes and hope your driveshaft isnt a larger OD than your yokes!!!

PICTURES WILL BE UP LATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NOT WORTH READING WONT UNDERSTAND

so got a lot of work done recently but got a lot left to still make it to rausch, all the shifting setup is done, both twin shifters and the sidewinder shifter for the tranny, floor is all patched up, pretty much got to put everything else together and wire it all up and make driveshafts. motor is just getting rebuilt with random assorted parts we had laying around. tcase is getting a full rebuild, driveshafts I am planning to just cannibalize some of the driveshafts we have laying around. unfortunately been working around the house more than on the jeep recently but the first day of shop erection is on the 20th so had to bust our buts to clear all the land for it to get leveled this week.

Back at it!!!

but dont worry while all the jeep was out i still found some good mud bogging time....
Image
Image

UPDATE: so everything is back in and ready to go just doing the finish work on the electrical and all that stuff...
tcase flip came out pretty well aint the prettiest thing but works good.
Image
made a custom skid plate which cant really take pics of till i roll the jeep over.....
then all new shifter layout,
Image

new ps cooler
Image

replaced factory fuze box with two smaller blocks, the factory fuze block was only about half full and very bulky, making it nearly impossible to mount. Also added to the harness and wired up power for trans, fan, light bar, and 2 open blocks for now.
Image
Everything will be wired into this switch panel on my dash.
Image

will post more pictures not taken on a potato tonight when hopefully everything will be done but dshafts.

nope im not wiring any lights actually, but you cant buy that panel without engraved switches and its only $50 so i figured i can live with my line locks being led light bar and side lights, and my fan being roof lights. the only one that will be accurate is the day i actually buy a light bar
