Details on how your setting up your full hydro?

Ram displacement and orbital size? Pump?

Just a standard 2x8 ram, and I'll be going single ended for simplicity. I'm either going to rig up my YJ power steering pump or just bite the bullet and buy a new one from PSC. Most likely I will be going with a 9.6ci PSC orbital so I can have about 2 turns lock to lock for quicker steering.

Did you do any research about tying in to the stock B hoop? I am getting ready to help with a TJ cage and we are thinking of doing something similiar. Just wondering if there were any thoughts on strength. We will probably cross brace the B hoop in some way or another so I really dont think it will be an issue when we are done.

This thread has some good visual as to how to tie in the B-pillar with the stock cage. Specifically post #4 is what I plan on doing.

So far after being back from break I am still motivated to work on my junk. First I drove up to salisbury today and picked up my 4.3 so I can get started on getting that mounted up. Then I got the jeep moved into the main shop and began the teardown and got the front frame cut off. Hopefully tomorrow I can get my lower link crossmember built and my new front frame built in conjunction with cleaning up all the old wiring and mounts and stuff like that on the old frame and firewall. As long as my upper link clears it looks like this thing is gonna be awesomely low with tons of uptravel the way my new frame looks like it's going to turn out.

Well I didn't get as much as I would have liked to have gotten done today because my granddad had to go to the hospital but I did still manage to clean off the firewall, get the motor mounts cut torched off, and to make my new crossmember for my lower links. It looks like the way my frame is going to turn out I will have clearance for a good 8 inches of uptravel while still being a couple inches lower than my previous height. I also figured out i'm gonna have to cut out most of my floor to clear the turbo 400 while still keeping my flatbelly.

Yea he ended up coming home late at night. They have finally given him a diagnosis of COPD/ Emphysema so maybe now they will actual be able to give him treatment that works. The dumbass doctors keep thinking it's something wrong with his heart even though everything always checks out fine.

Glad he's ok Zach

Are you going with 4 link's front and rear? Judging by your crossmember I'm assuming your replacing the 3 link with a 4 link in the front.

I think the cross member is for the lower links
