Renting a garage

Matt, is this a garage at a house your going to rent out? If it was further up in the thread I might have missed it, but just curious.

Yep, its part of a house Iâ€™m trying to rent. Iâ€™m not sure how its going to work out as the owner is having a hard time figuring out what he wants.
