I've always had good luck at the United Muffler in Radford. I've had a fair amount of work done there on my different vehicles. Very honest and great to deal with, their pricing is about average but worth it.
I feel like a hundred bucks...

Roberts Muffler in Christiansburg hooked me up. The guy was great to deal with and let me work with him to make sure I got what I wanted.
