Spent some more time on the truck.

I'm beat so I'll let the pics speak for themselves.

There's still one more tube to be added as shown in the last pic.

Honestly, once I figured it out, it wasn't that bad. Of course I was holding my breath until it was finished 'cause I didn't know if what I was planning was actually gonna work, but it turned out pretty good. Now I just gotta make the other side match

Only 8 nights left to work on it, I better get busy

No bending tonight thanks to the rain so I turned my focus to other stuff that doesn't require bending.

I spent the evening working on the front axle truss and getting the welding started.

I'm curious to hear what you guys have to say about my removeable truss. The dimpled piece is welded to the axle and the tube runs from end to end and gets bolted at the ends and in the middle.

I still need to do knuckle gussets.

Thanks. Umm, like a year ago? :goofy: This is the first time I'VE used them, but they've been used by Leach and a few others.

Sweet! Now you can catch some big air without snapping the axle housing in half!

More cage work tonight. Knocked out the interior portion and one of the two seat mounts. Will finish the other seat mount on Sunday afternoon.
