Alright, just take a torch and put some heat on the carrier housing right next to where the bolt screws in between the bolt head and the center pin. They use red loc-tite on that from the factory and it takes heat and a 6pt box wrench (8mm or 5/16) to get it out w/o damaging it. You may be able to drive the wrench up on it now after you've heated it and turn it out. On my XJ, after we heated it we turned it out by hand, no wrench needed.

By any chance are there multiple holes in the spring perches on your axle? maybe you used the wrong hole, I know some perches have a center hole and then one hole to shift the axle back and one hole to shift the axle forward.

Here is a good tech article on driveshaft angles. Hopefully its that simple and you could use shims to correct the angles and be ok. Just get steel shims if possible. The steel ones will not break and can even be welded on if need be. You can even cut the perches and rotate the axle but thats a little more work.

leaf springs in the rear? Re drill spring perches 1/2 further forward.

is this a stock axle? did you have vibes before? if you didnt have vibes and put a new one in i wouldnt think you would be having driveshaft angle issues, that sounds more like a bearing going out.

like will said i'd lean more to that, or if you got it out of a wrecked vehicle possible a bent axle shaft or housing. The slip in the your driveshaft should compensate for a 1/2" difference in axle placement if the pinion angle is still the same.

everything is stock so im guessing that it is just a worn bearing and there is only one center hole so im just gonna drill a new one a half an inch forward

yeah try pushing it back for sure. thats alot easier fix. after that i'd look at the pinion bearings for any slop/wear and then you'll just have to start hunting
