Replaced the rear wheel cylinders and shoes today. Tried to spray another coat on the dash to finish it, but the spray paint I just bought is fucked up and messed up the dash. Back to square one on that now... haha.

Started playing with the headlights today- trying to figure out why one was way brighter than the other....

Pulled the drivers side one out and the plug was so hot it was burning the plastic...

That, combined with 4 wires running into the grill leading to nowhere, and the fact that the grill is Black/Blue/Red/rust colored led me to taking it all off to rewire.

Found another awesome PO hackjob of wiring up there, as well as the center bolt that holds the grill had broken the frame, so the grill was just sitting on the frame... more stuff to fix! yay...

Also, The dash is bedlinered and ready to reassemble soon.

Still need to install the gastank or find another one...

Sanded down the grill

Painted with Bedliner.

Tomorrow I'm doing a relay conversion for the headlights so they wont suck/catch on fire. (though that would be awesome)

Dash looks the same.

Didn't do the headlights today since I'm not feeling good. Maybe tomorrow... lol

its the Duplicolor "Bed Armour" not the one in the blue can- the blue can stuff scuffs pretty easily, but from what I've read, this is way better. The Bed Armour has Kevlar and UV protection.

That stuff looks really good. How much did it run you a can?

Ye, that bedliner on the grill looks great. I'd like to see it in person sometime cause I've been tryin to figure somethin out to redo my fenders and bumpers with. I think I might have actually tested that same stuff you used but had trouble with keepin it even/no spatter, but then again, paint is certainly not my specialty. How many coats did you use?

only used one coat, kinda thick. Didnt do the best prep job, but the finish looks GREAT for something with so little prep...

It costs like $11 a can, its a big can, but still kinda pricey..

Gettin the dash together- waiting on the grab handle to dry still, and gotta find the cage for my Radio.

I also need a set of matching knobs if anyone has extras?

Got my matching set of knobs. Also put a new Stereo with bluetooth/ipod, etc...

Headlights work great now with the relay mod.

Got a fuel fill line and vent so I can finally mount the Gas Tank tomorrow!

Updated pics tomorrow.
