Ok, so I bought the thing today and now I need to make arrangements for picking it up. It does not look like it will be worth it to try and get it running... too much work. But, the guy has a come-along we can use to pull it up onto a trailer (if he's home when I pick it up). I've heard that Preston's trailer and Eric's dolly are candidates. I feel like it would be fine on the dolly with the short distance it has to travel. So can either of you help me with this? I want to do it Saturday late morning or early afternoon.

Note the holes in my '85 frame. I drove it from Radford to my place on the far side of Blacksburg; it held up to my driving.

The frame held together being pulled by the rear wheels on the dolly. Thanks for the help, Eric! I think my first order of business will be getting the engine running so I can test out the drivetrain before dismantling it.
