i need a STEERING axle... offroadfabworks i've been in touch with and they can't help me.. all their axles are rebuilt and there's a premium for that.. I had him quote me just the parts I need and it was $1k so I told him no thanks that's not the deal I'm looking for..
The other pair is good, but again I don't need the rear and the distance kills it..
i appreciate the effort.. i give it a C+
oh, and the redriver guy has the best deal on steering axles if you look at his ebay store. biggest problem is he's in texas.. also, there are cheaper rockwells sold privately and it's what i'm trying to be patient for. if it comes down to it I can see what it'd cost me to ship one of the $750 ones.
