So all the toy fronts are 55"?

I am eyeing these axles on creepers for the front axles whole and just using the third and disks off the rear and into one of the 55" wide housings

You don't want those axles. They are something like 63" wide. You cant do high steer on the front. The rear 3rd only fits in cruiser housings. The rear axle shaft splines will twist inside the elocker 3rd and require cutting the housing apart to remove the shaft and the 3rd.

I'm buying them :flipoff2:

:confused2:
The rear would go into a future cruiser. And the front would go under a 3rd gen runner.

Since it's an e-locker third, it will require some mods to the housing to get it to fit. If it were an unlocked cruiser axle it would be a bolt-in high pinion 8"(which is what I have in the front of my truck).

Haha

Things we have already
-Sammy
-Axles
-Font bumer
-Rear bumper
-rocker guards

I think I am going to order the suspension tomorrow.

The plan is to build in two steps. First take the Samurai completly apart and get rid of eveything exept the frame and tub and trash the rest. Install the suspension, axles, cage to make it a roller. Then since we will have more room in the garage again we are going to collect the drive train parts and install all that crap.

Last comes the bling - Trail ready bead locks with boggers  and winch and things like that
