The build keeps getting better, Nice...I might have to check out those seats and Potts this weekend. Im in the market for some here soon and I would like to keep the cost to a minimum.

Theres more build to come, I just dont have time to put it all up in one night!

The seats are great if your butt isnt too wide. They are a little snug on my buns, which dosent really bother me unless we are talking about 3+ hours in them on the highway. Trails arent bad because of the constant getting in and out. See you this weekend.

By far, the hand throttle has been the cheapest mod to date! Its a little tricky to hook up under the hood, sometime Ill show you how I did it.

Nexy up... The Savvy Gas Tank Skid. This is made of aluminium and only weighs 4 lbs more than the stock skid.
It offered 2 mounting heights so with my body lift I can gain additional clearance.
Image
The old tank was a really tight squeeze into the new skid but it is designed that way.

And Installed.

And thats about where she sits today.
Currently, I am in the middle of removing, sanding and spraying the body armour with duplicolor spray on bed liner to act as a rust preventer and for easy touchups after trips.
Already finished the front bumper and the rocker guards. Coming soon, rear bumper/tire carrier. Pics may follow.

Next major mod........
Coming soon???
Hood line fenders with 3" flare??

So last fall I decided I wanted some bling.
So I added some grill lights and some underglow.
All I have a picture of is the grill lights. It was a pretty simple job, a relay and a switch and a few hours running and hiding wires and this is what I got.

Tax return this year finally brought the hoodline fenders I always wanted. So in preparation, first off was to remove the rock rails and this is what I found.

Image

So needless to say I am refinishing those right now!
Also was able to media blast an old set of springs to get them ready for new paint thanks to Alec's Sooper Dooper fab works in Christiansburg. This is what they looked like before the blast.

Image

Media blasting is not any fun, actually it pretty much sucks ass sideways and I will never do it again. If you ask me it is easily worth $30+ an hour and I will not hesitate to pay someone next time!

And the C&C Fabs Hoodline fender with 3" flare is getting painted. started with self-etching primer and then a can of white to match the Jeep. Then the weather got sucky again and cant paint more till it warms up again. Heres how they look right now.

Stay tuned more to come in the next few weeks.
