I said I was just guessing. Thanks for being so understanding of my ignorance of the subject. It was more of a question i guess. Please inform me!

The caster is a possibility, but not necessarily. The Jeep was designed to run about 7* of caster from the factory, but once you go up in tire size it helps to decrease your caster. Most people with a 4-5" lift with 35s will run around 5* of caster. I am running 3* of caster since I have not had the time to readjust it.

I did not have a problem with death wobble with my balanced 35" BFG MT's even with a worn out trackbar bushing. Now I have 36" TSL bias ply tires and have death wobble occasionally at 40mph. Nothing changed, but the tires. The only two causes I can come up with for my death wobble is the trackbar bushing or the tires not being completely balanced.

I can't remember if it has been checked or not, but have you tried to balance those wheels and tires that are on the Jeep yet?

it could be the intitial vibration of the unbalanced tires that starts the vibration. Once you get up to 30 mph the vibrations could get bad enough that they combine with bad caster, trackbar bushings ect. You could always try going with long arms, or a custom 4 link cody. I had a friend with a ZJ with horrible death wobble until he put his long arm kit on it.

Hmm, no job, bad check to Collison Plus, and no savings account.

Yeah, they'll probably give it to you, then I'll get to come get your POS.

If I repo you Jeep, I'm not going to take the fees out in "trade", so don't even ask. I know how you are.

Have you checked to make sure you don't have a bent wheel(s) on the front. It only takes a little to cause havoc.

yeah, we checked and could not see any noticeable run-out on the wheels.

Cody, if you want to use this angle finder you'd better just give me a call so you can come pick it up.

well Tyler, since we all made fun of you for saying that caster only matters when you're turning, it would be safe for you to assume that caster does in fact matter when you're going straight... you fucking retard child. learn how to properly form a question or keep your whiny mouth shut, or next time I see you I will beat you with a 9ft cb antenna.
