going to run 33's for now but once they wear out im thinking 34's or 35's, its more of an added security thing then an actual need.

I don’t know shit about heeps. But isn’t Randy running an 8.25? I think if it can stand up to that abuse you should be just fine.

Yea, he has the 8.25 and a abnormally large right foot :flipoff2:

The 8.25 will stand up to 35s just fine. The only reasons I swapped mine for a Toy 8", were my diff was junk, and I needed a larger bolt pattern to match the front. Well, that, and Toy shit is far superior :flipoff2:

So is the powertrax an automatic locker that unlocks when you're turning, but is pretty much locked otherwise?

The problem is not getting it in; it's [potentially] having to take it out. Now I had to take mine out because I didn't get it aligned just perfect like Terry said and broke the active spacers a few months later. BUT, should you break an axle shaft and have to take it apart you might encounter the same situation I did. It's not the most common thin to happen, but it has happened; the c-clip manages to increase in diameter somehow and sometimes won't come out that slot........don't say I didn't warn ya before you put it in, sometimes being pro-active is the best fix.

This happened to me: http://www.naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=917883

10 hrs to get a c-clip out
