You got me :loser:

I still think it's a significant part of the problem though.

I will maintain what I said earlier that Alec was so kind to quote, DW is a combination of poor alignment and worn out parts. You can have one or the other, but not both.

Ary

PS I think I was going through this whole ordeal of diagnosing DW on my XJ when you were in 8th grade :goofy:

Yep, I'll be working on the cam bolts and taking a closer look at the alignment later today.

And yeah, I was probably in 8th grade or even younger :goofy:

Adjusted the cam bolts out yesterday evening. Can feel a difference in driving, but now, death wobble is substantially worse. Instead of just being able to induce it over potholes, it will do it on smooth roads.

As was stated in earlier posts death wobble is usually more than just one thing, by messing with different components although it hasn't fixed it he can deduce what will help him and what won't. The thing about death wobble is it can be caused by so many different factors its hard to just fix one thing and completely alleviate the problem. After messing around last night Jake's ordering a set of control arms so he can get proper caster. I think after the new control arms and getting the tow in properly adjusted his problems will hopefully go away. :flipoff2:

After taking time to get a more accurate measurement of caster......dun dun dun.....with stock control arms all round, cam bolts adjusted out, I have 8-9 degrees of caster (obviously way too much).

Ordered upper and lower adjustable control arms for the front.
