$650 for a half top and you lose so much storage space? I think my Rampage Fastback was around 400 or right under with a header bar and doesn't require hardware besides the door surrounds and tailgate bar. It can go into bikini mode and it has pockets within the top to store the windows

First of all, when we did my clutch in october and we didnt replace the throwout bearing, well that nuked this summer. and i was on my way to pick up a new front end 4 hours away!
A buddy and I from up here took the time to pull the tranny and replace the bearing ($30) and got it fixed pretty quick, lesson learned. if youre gonna pull the tranny and all, replace everything you can.
Next, I will be picking up a pair of freshly rebuilt rubi 44s with new calipers, pads, u joints, ball joints, new yokes, SOLID diff covers, and all new bearings and seals, includes both compressors and it is local so the jeep is gettin an upgrade soon
should be able to start dumping some money in that, its a good start getting 4.10s and selectable lockers, they will be built a bit more with chromolys and 4.88/5.13s down the road.
I plan on getting 50% tread 35s to get me thru my senior year, then getting LA's, building the axles a bit and eventually going 37s when i get the strength and clearance.
My jeep will finally be able to keep up a little bit!

I plan to keep what i have for this year, then get a 4 or 5.5" long arm (clayton most likely) and cut my body lift down to 1" or 1.25"
I have just enough clearance for 35s if i trim a little in the back

well my dad surprised me and took it to a shop to get done and it was a cluster fuck, all in all, the front locker is a POS and im going to have to get something to replace it. im thinking another $650 on a detroit... i dont want to spend the extra money on an ARB and a compressor.
So my dad is bringing me my jeep with the stock 30, and rubi 44 rear without a front driveshaft.

Well i got some money back from the seller of the axles for the blown up rubi locker ($600)
So i got half of it back today and ordered a yukon grizzly and install kit to replace it
i chose the grizzly over the detroit due to the warranty if it bombs, they will pay up to $2,000 collateral for all the broken parts it takes with it.
Yukons design improves on the detroit which tends to nuke when the shaft breaks.
also got the zj tie rod to correct my bent stock rod
