Here are some of the parts used for the 4.6L stroker.

1996 Jeep Cherokee Block
Jeep 4.2L 3.895" stroke crank
Jeep 4.0L 6.125" rods
Sealed Power +0.030" bore pistons
CompCams 68-201-4
Ford 24lb/hr injectors (25.61 lb/hr at 49psi vs the stock 23.7 lb/hr)

Told you it wasn't injectors

The injectors did improve the wide open throttle missing. They just didn't completely fix the issue.
