Yet another YJ

Hello, my name is Derek, and I am addicted to Jeeps.

Since I'm Jeep poor as it is, I figured what the hell would it hurt to have another one layin around. I'd been trying to find a sport style roll bar, but since I couldn't, I just bought a whole damn Jeep. This one might actually be the perfect donor ride for the 350 I've been wanting to put in one. That is of course, if someone doesn't come along and want to buy it first. Other than the fact it got a lil crispy under the hood, it's a pretty solid ole ride.

i think we should make a new rule, hutch cant post a new jeep in the rigs section until he has had it for at least 6 months :flipoff2:

Bite me. I've had the 90 YJ for 4 years. I dunno how many different ones I've had in that 4 years though. :confused2:

I've got a harness out of an 88 YJ, also a 93 XJ. Also have a fresh Webber kit. If it's not snowing tomorrow I'll get the hitch off for you.

I think the rule should be until he actually builds one.

IF (and it's a big if), I were to build this one, it's going to get a 350 with a painless wiring harness. There won't be much stock left on it as far as running gear.

That would require free time, which I don't have a great deal of. Besides, with the buy and sell method, I don't break anything and make money instead of spending it. I guess if I flip enough of them, it could average out to a free rig in the end.

This project may get underway soon. That or, I'm gonna go buy one. This nice weather and not having one to ride around in with the top off is killin me.
