One of the mini-baja competitions was at the Catapillar proving grounds near Tuscon, AZ. They had their largest dump truck on display, commentator there said that even the port-a-john guys had to take two days of training just to enter the jobsite to maintain the shitters. He also said a truck on a job needed repairs, they were started while the operator was on break. The operator took a nap in the cab and when he woke up, he went back to work. Flattened the repair guys pickup truck and didnt even know it.

yea those things have like 100ft blind spots, unfortunate for those dudes, but your supposed to lock/tag it out so that doesn't happen. And yea at the quarry where I work the porta john, dumpster and even deer park water guys have to be trained before they can step foot on the premises.
