absolute cheapest insurance just enough to satisfy DMV

Was wondering if anyone has found what the title says, or knows of some smalltime company thats cheap. I have 6 or 7 points, a suspension, a surrenderment, and 6 tickets on my record. OBVIOUSLY my insurance will not be cheap witch is why I was hoping to find a company thats pretty cheap just as a base. any help in generalities of companies would be appreaciated.

Psshh, that's kiddie stuff. We don't need to talk about my driving record though

I pay $500 every 6 months through Geico Indemnity for liability only on the Cruiser and the Mini-truck combined.
