Sinking Creek 4WD Association

I've been having some issues with my steering binding in my 03 Jeep GC. It only happens when its cold out, and when I am turning to the left. It feels like the steering pump has some lag in it and wont kick in for about a second and binds. I'm not sure what could be causing this. I haven't checked to see if its leaking, but my fluid level is fine. Could I have some water in my lines that freezes when it gets cold?

condensation is possible, but i think that might cause issues all the time .... have you checked to see if its foamy at all?
