Sinking Creek 4WD Association

I have to add 2' of exhaust (3" duals) to my truck to pass inspection and I need someone to weld the extensions to the mufflers. I will weld the turn downs to the extensions, but I'm not confident I could weld them to these mufflers and have no leaks while I'm lying on my back under the truck. I also need one nickel sized hole in one pipe before the muffler. Its not a rust hole, so patching shouldn't be too bad. Willing to pay for your time.

I really need this done ASAP.
