The next club meeting will be Sunday October 19. If you plan to attend the Fall Wheeling trip to Harlan, you must do the following:

Bring rig equipped for trail and ready for inspection
$40 for Club Dues (dues deadline has been extended to Oct 19)
Post up what day you want to leave.

If you can not attend the meeting but want to go to Harlin, please contact myself, or one of the other club officers.

I'm planning to, hoping to leave Friday early to mid-afternoon, bringing 1 passenger.

Heres what I got from the President of Kentucky Mountain Crawlers about the event and camping. How does this sound for everyone?:

KYMC has reserved the Verda Field for the weekend. Camping will be available for the entire weekend for a $20 donation, that is per tent, camper or RV. All of the money we raise goes into field improvements. Electricity is at the field, but is limited so it’s on a first come basis. We will also have water, port a johns and a dumpster.

We are having 1 raffle for a Bull Dog Winch. Cost of the tickets are $5 each. We will also hold a registration raffle for an Event T-Shirt and Decal. This is at no charge – just your name and where you are from.

The club will be cooking and selling food on Saturday, Oct. 25th. The menu is Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and Polish Sausages. There is a possibility of Pizza. There will also be chips, snack cakes, pop, water & Gatorade available.

As always we will have a new t-shirt and decal design for the event, as well as our regular stock.

We plan on having the “Rock Runâ€

I'm going and no passengers. Hoping to leave thursday night. Not so sure I want to camp too close to the event. I like to sleep. Oh yeah and I'm old and crotchety.
