Who is interested in renting garage space?

This is a feeler to see if we have enough people interested to make it work. If you think that you would want to pay a reasonable amount to use garage space by the day, week, or month... post up. This would be a large shop space, probably heated somehow, with all the power and parking you'd ever need. The details I'm looking for are:
1. Roughly, how many days per year would you probably use the space?
2. How much would you be willing to pay to use the shop space (per day, per week, etc).
3. How much would you be willing to pay to keep your truck/trailer/etc parked outside?

Interested
I'd probably use it 45 days/month (upper estimate) and I'd be willing to pay $40-$60/month for it. I wouldn't want to pay to keep things outside there because I can do that at my place.
Edit: The amount I'm willing to pay would depend on proximity to my place and if I can keep my tools and parts there.

So, in your world, how many days in a month are there?

I would be interesting in renting some garage space if it wasnt to far from my place and it had electrical/heat/lockable.
Price would vary based on location, size, etc.

here's the details for those who weren't at the meeting:
the location is in Blacksburg on S. Main (the old brake shop next to the Hess station that looks like an airplane hanger). I assume there is heat... if not, we can figure something out. I would guess that ($) trucks could fit in there and have space to be worked on.
we would really have to low-ball the rent to make this work. if anybody knows of other locations that would be very cheap, I'm listening

That location would be perfect for me. What is the asking rent?
