Tragic reason to sell something... 2008 E450 Motor Home

My brother in law's parents bought this motor home so they could travel together now that they're both retired. His dad found out he had cancer 2 weeks ago and died 2 days ago. His mom wants to sell the motor home (that they only used once) because they were supposed to use it together. It has 3,656 miles and is in like new condition. The sides extend out to increase living space. Features include a back up camera, one full bed, two fold out beds, and 6 seat belts.
