Parking and maybe some storage needed!!!

Hey guys, Im a freshie here at Tech and I joined the Club and wanna get my BKO up here to wheel, wrench etc. with the club and members instead of only riding along w/ others. But, I can't really afford to pay the $130 to park my truck in the Cage all year. I also don't have room in my dorm to store my things (cuz u know how wheelin goes, usually got to fix stuff after you get back haha 
). But anyways, is there anybody out there who has some spare room where I can park my truck and store a small tool chest and an extra set of 33's?!
