Don't know if anyone else watched Obama's speech last night, but I figured it was worth pointing out that he used a Leachism in his speech.

The President used the word "hamper". He said "....would hamper our progress...."

So, either Leach is writing his speeches or he and Leach are on the same wavelenght.

Now, some of the new guys may have no idea what I am talking about, but the older guys will know.

I believe the true Leachism was "put a hamper on it."

Ah the good ole days. I believe that was said in the basement of my cabin in WV while workin on the pickup.

I heard him say hamper and about lost it.

My exact reaction was "holy shit, he just said hamper....."
