Sinking Creek 4WD Association

ok i havea 99 tahoe with a 350 and we just got a new motor in it. the problem is that it will run for about 20-30 minutes then it cuts off. weve noticed that it will only start when its cold outside, then once the truck gets warmed up its cuts off....... any ideas?????

ignition module. Be my first try. Most parts stores can test them. Just pull yours off and take in it. Doesn't cost anything at Advance Auto.

coolant temperature sensors can go bad and cause all kinds of funky problems like this. fixed the same kind of problem on my Saturn and cost like $10. just another idea if terry's doesn't work.
