Tonneau Covers

Does anyone have any experience with hard folding tonneau covers? I need to pick up one for work related stuff, needs to be secure and with minimal leaks. Also don't want to ruin having a truck by getting the one piece hard covers.

I know Arya is pretty pleased with his roll up hard cover but they are pricey so I am looking for some other options. Anyone used an extang tonneau before?

Trows is a folding one and is pretty slick. It's not a hard one but is very simple and seems to work well.

pleased enough to tow your rig up to my place for a ride on the gooseneck to go wheeling this weekend?

mine is in the shop getting a handful of injectors right now, but I can use the 450 to tow if its not finished by friday.

Not positive on your exact uses for it, but personally I hated my tonneau cover. I never realized how much I randomly throw shit into the bed of my pick up until I was always rolling that damn thing up and down to gain access. How much work stuff ya got? Would a tool box not suffice? Just some food for thought.

Not too much stuff, would probably fit in a tool box. The only problem is that the truck is so damn tall that I would have to climb into the bed to get anything out. Plus if I take the truck on trips it would be nice to throw luggage back there so I am trying to kill two birds with one stone.

Here's the one I have. It's simple in design, and everything in the bed stays dry.

Even has a sweet video :thumby:

This is the hard folding tonneau cover I am using. I have been using it for three years and it is waterproof and has no leaks. Price less than $500
