Has anyone ever cut knuckles and turned the diff? Or cut the axle tubes at the pumpkin and rotated there? That's what I am going to need to do because my driveshaft is binding due to the angle. Wondering if anyone has some know how experience and would be willing to lend a hand and possibly a 220V line..
Thanks

I have never done it before but there are a bunch of builds on pirate where guys have done it. And turning the knuckle is the way to go. I would not cut the tubes around the pumpkin but just cut the weld off around the C's and heat and beat them to your desired castor angle.

i would personally just cut the tubes and sleeve them and reweld them. Seems like it would be a pretty simple/ fast way to do it. It'd be as simple as figuring out how may degrees you want to rotate them and thus calculating your desired arc length in which the tube will need to be rotated.

Definitely don't cut the tubes at the housing.
Cutting the weld at the knuckles is the most common method and there are a ton of write-ups on how to do it on PBB.
You could theoretically cut/sleeve the tube, but finding the right size tube to sleeve with can be problematic/expensive.
It all depends on your personal time/money constraints.

The easiest solution would be to take your lift blocks out, I think. (If you still have them in there...)
