Spring Semester 2012

I hope everyone had a great holiday.

We got off to a great start in terms of organization and meetings this past semester. I would like to do the same this semester as well as carry that momentum through the entire school year.

That said we will be returning to a predetermined meeting schedule that should be laid out in the next week or so. This will allow members to plan in advance to make it to meetings. We will also lay out a tentative wheeling/event schedule that will hopefully allow us to coordinate some events with other groups as well.

I'm also hoping to get a consistent program going for recording/posting meeting minutes and notes that will give those not in town or unable to attend an idea of what were doing.

That said the first meeting of the year will tentatively be this Sunday, January 22 at 7pm in the usual meeting spot (Commuter lot at the corner of Prices Fork and West Campus Drive.)
