Well i'll start off by saying I neither drive a jeep or a four wheel drive, but i still enjoy offroading.
Anyway, i have a 05 Silverado Prerunner. I've been in the build about 2 years now, and I doubt it will ever be fully finished.
you can read my entire build here http://www.gmfullsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=216212

That's tight. I'm sure people would love to see it out at a meeting. Do you have it here in Bburg?

Dude that's tight! We dont care if its not 4wd as long as you like going fast offroad. We have members with 4wds who are scared of fireroads cough Mike cough :flipoff2: . Are you a student? I'd love to hear some specs. What drivetrain do you have? What bypasses are you running? What is that baller IFS setup? Where are those pics at? What else have you done?. Is that the stock half-ton axle and why not upgrade when you are dropping serious coin on other shit? You do that tube work yourself? Why is it SUA? I dont know shit about prerunners, so spit some knowledge. You got any more pics. I like. Welcome. Make sure you come out to the next meeting!

Edit: Oops, I bet most of those questions are answered in your build. :lol2: I'll have to read it.

Welcome to the club man, your truck looks tits  Have not had time to read your complete build thread, but from what I scanned looks badass. Props for building it yourself :thumby:

Thanks Alec! :flipoff2:

I did get a chance last night to skim the build thread and look at all the pictures. Looks like a ton of fun drifting around and being able to jump it without breaking shit! *hopefully* haha.

4wd would have been nice when buried in the sand!

Yeah I'm a student. The drivetrain is an LQ9 6.0L, to a Performabuilt level 3 4l60 with a 3200 stall torque converter, and 4:88s with a detroit locker in the rear. Im planning on trussing the axle, as soon as i have time and money to work on it again. The bypasses in the rear are Fox 3.0x18 triple bypasses and Fox 2.5x10 in the front along with the coilovers. Its a Mazzulla Lont travel kit in the front. The pictures are from where i live in georgia. Which is mainly where i run it, we have some pretty big farms to mess around on. Yeah did all the tube work myself, which had a learning curve haha. The leaf pack (deaver c-85) is a SUA leave pack. It also puts the center of gravity a little bit lower and transfers some weight from the front to the rear.

yeah its also fully caged inside,

Will I saw your prerunner stranded out on mtn lake earlier today. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it looks like someone stole your wheels and tires.

Keep in mind this is a public section of the forum so be mindful of anything said on this topic guys. We've spoken with Will, he is in the process of dealing with police/insurance and will let us know if there's anything we can do to help him.
