WTB 36 or 37's

Post by Lil Whitey »

Looking around for a set of tires in the 36 or 37 variety preferably for a 15" rim. If anyone comes across anything let me know. 15" rim pretty much limits me to a super swamper or pitbull rocker.

Running rockers would be sweet.

I thought you were against anything but A/Ts on a street driven rig?

I just didn't want to run something more aggressive while I was dd'ing it, just to burn up a set of tires running around.

Since it sees much more limited driving, and I could use some different tires, M/t's will be the ticket

Plus I would have to get a 17 inch rim to run 37 BFG A/T's :flipoff2: And run them, I would.

Tom's Baja Claws walked up shit my A/t's were struggling to find traction on. The treads getting low anyways.

I've been looking casually since last school year but haven't found much (or i'm not looking well enough)

Might not see much rev limiter anymore if I find some :lol2:

Might not need to see much rev limiter anymore if you find some. Traction does wonders for getting up things.

I would look for a set of 35x12.50x15 km2s or Kevlar mtrs.. I think the added traction from either over your a/ts would be awesome, plus either option is still going to ride great on the road and wear better than any 36 or 37" swamper you put on there. Plus a 35x12.5x15 is going to be much much easier to find vs any 36 or 37 for 15" wheel

I'm not opposed to an aggressive 35 but while I'm looking I'd rather bump up a bit. It's def easier to find a 35 on a 15" rim. Unfortunately they don't make kevlars for a 15 inch rim. That and they're expensive.

if yall run across anything interesting, shoot it my way :goofy:

Cheapish 35" MTRs

Scrap the wheels after you removed them and get like $20 bucks back.
