FOR SALE:
An Off-Roading or Hunting/Recovery Dream Machine. A 1984 GMC Suburban with a parts lift straight out of a magazine. Bought in Reno, NV from the original owner bone stock in 2001. Now:
DRIVETRAIN:
Newly rebuilt 6.2 diesel engine with a full Banks turbo, intake and exhaust kit. 700R4 transmission, newly rebuilt with heavy duty parts. NP 208 transfer case, newly rebuilt. Lightweight flywheel for added power. Semi-Floating 14-bolt rear axle with 4.88 Yukon Gears and a Detroit Locker. 10-Bolt Front Axle with 4.88 Yukon Gears and a Detroit True-Trac Differential. Dual Optima Yellow Top Batteries.
TIRES AND WHEELS:
New (95% tread) 39.5 x 15 Iroks mounted on BFG 15x8 aluminum wheels with a full size matching spare, also mounted on a matching wheel.
LIFT:
Four inch Rough Country front springs, all polyurethane fittings with greasable shackles. ORD (Off Road Design) shackle flip in the rear with a one-inch zero-rate add a leaf, also from ORD.
OTHER:
Heavy duty ORD engine crossmember. ORD steering box brace. Hella off-road lights. ORD front bumper with winch attachment. Defender Roof Rack with High-Lift attachment. Very little rust, original paint and interior. Included: A six-inch lift kit, also from ORD. Heavy duty steering crossmember from ORD. Warn locking HD front hubs. I'm probably missing something.
PRICE:
