Pinion Nut Removal

So I'm in P4 right now trying to replace my pinion seal. Problem is I don't have an impact gun and can't get the stupid thing off. With a 2ft breaker bar the pinion just rotates a little. Anyone have any tips or tricks on how to get this thing off?

Large pipe wrench to hold the yoke, wedged against the frame, floor, anything solid. Use as long a cheater bar as necessary, I'd start with a 4-5 footer.

Wes, Ive had luck doing my front and rear pinion seals loosening the nut with a wrench and hi-lift handle as a breaker bar. Alternatively, you could use a Pipe wrench on the yoke so that it hits the ground as you try to turn the nut off.
