Well as some of you know, I have a shattered rear window. Anybody know any decent glass places or any friends who could possibly help with this lovely issue?
Any help is appreciated.

I would advise you to get some estimates. Call/go to several local body shops. Also you could go to Precision Glass in Christiansburg and call Safe-Lite. I've used both Precision Glass and Safe-Lite. Safe-Lite is typical less expensive and depending on your insurance coverage you might not have any out of pocket expense.
I had Safe-lite replace the front window in my CUCV after I bumped a branch to hard and they also replaced the front window in my Honda. The best thing about them is that they come to you to do the work. So you could have them do the work while you are in class and your vehicle is at home or in the parking lot. Which then means you don't have to drop it off at a shop and have someone follow you and give you a ride back home. Plus if you don't have another vehicle then you are stuck. So it might be worth it to use them even if (and I don't think they would be) more expensive due to the convenience they afford you. Plus if I remember correctly they price matched the other shop in the area that I got an estimate from.
Precision Glass replaced the side window in my CUCV due to the fact that when I was bidding on the vehicle I couldn't see that there wasn't a window in the pics. Other lesson is don't buy sight unseen.
Hope this helps.

It gives me a starting point so I appreciate it. I'm looking at doing this out of pocket if at all possible for certain reasons. I'll look around and may see if I can find a place that will install glass I get from a junkyard. Thanks again for the help.
