retreaded tires??

wny body know who sells retreaded tires? i can get some 31/10.50 a/t-d's from high tech retreading for $65 ea. + shipping. i was wondering if anyone in the area sold a similar tire?
Not sure how much experience you have with retreads or how much highway driving you do, but we stopped buying retreads for the trucks at work because the damage they can do when they fly apart costs more to fix than the money you save when you first buy them. If you are doing mostly local and off road, you would probably be ok.
Also, if you can find remolds, they usually hold up alot better than retreads.
