Finally made a sale on that wrangler but its in chattanooga, tennessee 350 miles and 5.5 hours away. Its a long shot but I was kinda hoping Steinberg would let me borrow the dolly, and someone would either drive or let me borrow a truck to tow it there. Because otherwise I have to drive it with my xj tags on it and uninsured, unless anybody has any suggestions. There will be monetary and beer compensation for those willing, so all fuel, food, plus a little extra for you. Oh and heres the best part, going wednesday morning. James is gonna keep up on the thread for me because I have class till 5 tuesday, or call and leave me a message 410 340 8420.
Thanks,
Randy

ya, sure. lights on the dolly are mostly non-functional though (damn non-serviceable bulbs), and the electric brakes were showing not-connected last time I used it.
the brake problem may have had to do with the connector being full of ice at the time.
there's no way I can take off in the middle of the week to pull it for you though, so I can't help with the truck end of it.

really appreciate it eric, I'm not particularly interested in getting arrested should I get pulled over driving down there. Whats your cell # so I can contact you easily because of this short time period.

Check this out because remember all free advice is worth atleast what you paid for it. If the XJ tags are VA then tags transfer from vehicle to vehicle and you have a period, 30 days I believe, to notify the DMV. Call/stop by the DMV and tell them you are considering buying a vehicle out of state and if you do you will want to transfer tags. Most insurance policies have a grace period for new purchases, same here call ins tell them you are considering.... When you get back change your mind about transfering tags and get new tags for the Wrangler.

More like the crack head backed out in TN, but some yankee stepped up and bought it after TN backed out. Which, though it sucked for Randy, is a good thing to me. Rusty ass shit belongs up North. Not down South.
