yea im not too sure what that means. maybe he got smashed in the rear and bent up the frame and thats why he has the mazda bed? either way its dirt cheap

I'm sure by "evened up" he means that all the rust spots have been fixed and smoothed to try to get it back some sort of stock appearance.

I had one back in middle school but my teacher took it away because I kept playing with it during class.
